Very significant names in today with the news that WV actually had a positive population growth over the last calendar year. This is signifcant in that the state has been losing population I believe over the last 5 years. Now the big question is the geographical breakdown of the population change, did it increase in the south or just up by the pan-handle was it mostly D.C sprawl. Or did Cabell, Putnam, Kanawa increase. WV is at a crossroads as a state population wise as a heavy percentage from the South if the population keeps decreasing down south it will become more and more significant.
